These terms apply to all purchases from kynoradecor.co.nz, operated by Viraj Household Limited, trading as Kynora Decor, 24 Croydon Road, New Lynn, Auckland 0600, New Zealand (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if a product is unavailable or a price was displayed in error); if we do, any payment you have made will be refunded in full.
2. Prices and payment
- All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD).
- We accept credit and debit cards, direct bank transfer and, for pickup orders, payment on pickup.
- Orders paid by bank transfer are processed once the funds have cleared in our account.
- Bulk (tiered) prices apply automatically at the quantities shown on each product page.
3. Stock and availability
We import directly from our factory partners. Where a product is shown as out of stock or with an expected arrival date, that date is our best estimate and may change due to shipping or customs delays. We will keep you informed about any delay to your order.
4. Delivery
- Small items are sent New Zealand-wide by NZ Post, at the rate shown at checkout.
- Heavy and bulky items (such as acoustic wall panels and WPC panels) are delivered within the Auckland region only, at the rate shown at checkout. For delivery outside Auckland, please contact us for a freight quote.
- Delivery times are estimates. Please check your delivery address carefully — extra costs caused by an incorrect address may be charged to you.
- Please inspect your goods on delivery and tell us about any visible damage within 48 hours, with photos where possible.
5. Pickup (by appointment only)
You can choose free pickup from 24 Croydon Road, New Lynn, Auckland. Pickup is by appointment only — we are not a walk-in store. After you order, please wait for our confirmation email with your pickup date and time, and do not come to collect without a confirmed appointment. If you choose Pay on Pickup, payment is made when you collect your order.
6. Returns, refunds and faulty goods
Please see our Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. If you are buying for business purposes, the parties agree that the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Product information and installation
We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately, but colours and wood grain can vary between batches and screens. Product specifications are provided as a guide. Installation should follow the product instructions and relevant New Zealand building requirements; for electrical products such as LED drivers, fixed wiring must be completed by a registered electrician. Coverage figures from our online panel calculator are estimates only — please measure your space before ordering.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order, except where the law says otherwise.
9. Privacy
We collect the personal information needed to process and deliver your order, and handle it in line with the Privacy Act 2020. We do not sell your personal information.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page when you place your order applies. These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
