Return & Refund Policy

At Kynora Decor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As a New Zealand-based business, our policies are designed to be fair and transparent, in accordance with the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act.

1. Change-of-Mind Returns

If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

We take great care in sourcing our products, including our acoustic slat wall panels and LED shelves. However, if an item arrives faulty or damaged, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a replacement or a full refund once the damage is verified.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned for a change of mind:

  • Custom-cut wall panels (WPC/SPC/Acoustic).
  • Made-to-order items.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your original payment method.

5. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our team via email. Ensure you include your order number and photos if the item is damaged.

6. Your Rights

This policy does not affect your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, which provides additional protections for faulty or misrepresented goods.
